Required Paperwork
	The following paperwork must be on file in order to referee for EYSAreferees. Under 18 Years Old: Proof of Age (e.g. copy of birth certificate or passport). This can be uploaded to the website at https://www.eysareferees.org/paperworkupload Everyone: Direct Deposit. Fill out https://www.eysareferees.org/profile?section=Business To check the status of your paperwork and certification, please visit the Referee:Status page.

Welcome to the Eastside Youth Soccer Association Referees (EYSA Referees

) web site dedicated to organizing and assisting the EYSA Referees Program.

EYSA is located in Bellevue, Washington and consists of over 8,000 players and the corresponding Parents, Coaches, and Administrators. We are one of the Associations that exist within the geographical area identified by the Washington State Youth Soccer Association as District II.
