Welcome to the Eastside Youth Soccer Association Referees (EYSA Referees ) web site dedicated to organizing and assisting the EYSA Referees Program.
EYSA is located in Bellevue, Washington and consists of over 8,000 players and the corresponding Parents, Coaches, and Administrators. We are one of the Associations that exist within the geographical area identified by the Washington State Youth Soccer Association as District II.

| ISC 5v5 Futsal League |  | The Issaquah Modified 5v5 Futsal League (U11+) games are posted available for self-assigning. Be sure to read the rules for this league. They are similar to the fall league, but have changes like no throw-ins and flying substitutions. You can find the rules under Information: Documents. |
| ISC Parks & Rec League | | The Issaquah Parks & Rec (U08-U10) spring league games are posted available for self-assigning. Be sure to read the rules for this league. They are slightly different than the fall league. You can find the rules under Information: Documents. |
| Recertification for 2012 | | If you were certified as a referee for the first time before July 1, 2011, you will need to recertify for 2012.

| Required Paperwork | | Don't forget to get in your paperwork! You won't be able to self-assign games if we have not received the following paperwork:
Independent Contractor Form - Everyone
RMA Request - Everyone
Proof of Age - Everyone under 18 years old
Parent/School Authorization Form - Everyone under 18
The Parent/School Authorization Form needs to be in by Sept 30. You can ref games before Sept 30 without having this form turned in.
