Finding "Blank" RMAs

In order to search for RMAs that aren't "Approved", "Expired" or "Cleared", use "isnull". "isempty" and "isblank" are also possibilities but haven't shown up yet. (Ken Robertson) As of 12/12/2017, RMAs do not need to be tracked by EYSAReferees.org. This section can be deleted. I'm just leaving it in for a while, just in case...
