How Refereeing WorksPrintable

Referees Choose Games

Referees decide which games they want to referee and self-assign themselves to the games. There are 2 referee organizations in our area - EYSA and EKCSRA. Each provides a website where referees can look for available games that fit their schedule and abilities. The websites manage all aspects of the games in our area as far as referees are concerned: time, date, location, teams, pay, game reports, etc.

Referee Assignors/Evaluation

Each referee organization has "assignors" who evaluate referees and decide what level game the referee can handle. The referees can only self-assign games the assignors think they can handle.
