Each year in October/November we need to change the settings to download recertification information for referees so those that have recertified for the next year show up as recertified. To do this go to Administrator: Options: Settings and edit the "SRC" setting. Set the "Year" to next year plus this year (e.g. Year=>2016+2015). In January, we should remove the last year and set the "SRC" setting to just this year (e.g. Year=>2016). If you don't remove it, it will make extra calls to the SRC database. The is a setting "Interval" to tell the website how often to check for recertifications. Since we don't have games in early January, we only check once a week.
